Bill of Quantities (BoQ) & Builders Bills

Asia Pacific Construction Solutions have been contracted on a number of international projects across the Asia Pacific region. These projects are involved in the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors and range from upwards of $5m. The clients we typically deal with for a bill of quantities tend to be head contractors that want a concise and accurate report that details all the relevant materials, plant, and personnel required to complete their project. It can be produced in our standard format or we can amend it to suit their preferred layout. In our experience, the production of the bill of quantities allows us to be involved throughout the entire design process to issue updated bills for the numerous revisions.
