There have been multiple projects where we can assist the head contractor in meeting contractual deadlines and obligations and maintaining good relationships with the subcontractors. Since we have an all around understanding of different types of contracts used in the industry we are well aware of all necessary processes to ensure neither the contractor or subcontractor experience and contract issues.

These estimates act as a quality assurance measure to avoid any unknowns in scope of works and eliminate the risk of the costs associated with these unknowns.
